All our Beef and Lamb is grass fed, and finished in the autumn at the end of the grass growing season, by which time the animals are plump from feeding on our luscious summer pastures.

The HIghland beef is dry aged for 21 days to concentrate the flavours and develop tenderness.

The shearling lamb is 18 months old which gives more flavour whilst retaining the tenderness of lamb, dry aged for 14 days and then all our meats are divided into cuts, vacuum packed and frozen so we can offer product year round.

Our Hens are free range, fed on organic layers pellets, grass and bugs and have mixed grains at tea time for a treat.
